Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and services offered through the RRI-Alb platform. By using our website and booking accommodations, transport services, or other services, you agree to these terms.

2. Contract Parties

The contract is concluded between:

• You (the customer/user)
• RRI-Alb as the intermediary platform
• The respective provider of the accommodation or service

3. Booking Process

3.1 Booking Request: By submitting a booking request through our platform, you make a binding offer to conclude a contract.

3.2 Booking Confirmation: The contract is only concluded upon confirmation of the booking by the provider. You will receive a booking confirmation via email.

3.3 Availability: All offers are subject to availability.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 Prices: All prices include statutory VAT. Additional costs (e.g., tourist tax, final cleaning) are shown separately.

4.2 Payment Terms:

• 30% deposit due upon booking
• Remaining balance due 14 days before arrival
• Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, Bank transfer

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Customer:

• Up to 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation
• 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of total amount
• 14 to 7 days before arrival: 75% of total amount
• Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of total amount

5.2 Cancellation by Provider: The provider may cancel for important reasons (e.g., force majeure). In this case, you will receive a full refund.

6. Liability

6.1: RRI-Alb acts only as an intermediary between customer and provider. Responsibility for the quality of accommodation or service lies with the respective provider.

6.2: RRI-Alb is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.

7. Privacy

Information about the processing of your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. The current version is available on our website.

9. Severability Clause

If individual provisions of these Terms are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 Applicable Law: The law of the Republic of Albania applies.

10.2 Jurisdiction: Place of jurisdiction is Tirana, Albania, where legally permissible.
