1. Ambito di applicazione
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through RRI-Alb platform for accommodations and services in Albania.
2. Parti contrattuali
Contract is between you (customer), RRI-Alb (platform), and the service provider.
3. Processo di prenotazione
Booking is confirmed via email. All offers subject to availability.
4. Prezzi e pagamento
30% deposit due at booking, balance 14 days before arrival. Payment via Credit Card, PayPal, Bank transfer.
5. Politica di cancellazione
- 30+ days: Free cancellation
- 29-15 days: 50% charge
- 14-7 days: 75% charge
- <7 days: 100% charge
6. Responsabilità
RRI-Alb acts as intermediary. Service quality is provider’s responsibility.
